Since 2009, Achieve, in partnership with the Case Foundation, has studied the Millennial generation, their engagement with causes and their preferences for involvement and culture in the workplace. The reportshave been downloaded more than 85,000 times and this research has been featured and referenced in hundreds of publications. The 2017 research focuses on how millennial involvement can determine the success or failure of social movements and causes; phase one was released in June. This work follows the 2016 Millennial Impact Report , which used a three phased-survey, over the course of the Presidential election year, to look specifically at how politics may influence Millennial engagement with social causes. The complete report was released in March 2017.
